Full Description

We are looking for a Financial Ops Analyst to support financial planning, operational reporting, and business system administration for a growing organization in Hartsdale, New York. This position blends analytical work with cross-functional coordination, helping leadership translate data into practical decisions and stronger day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings solid financial acumen, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.Responsibilities:• Oversee the administration of salary structure data and maintain compensation-related records used in planning activities.• Contribute to annual budgeting, workforce forecasting, and variance reviews by compiling data and analyzing changes against plan.• Produce recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reporting for leadership, including dashboards and presentation materials for key stakeholders.• Examine business and financial performance trends to uncover risks, opportunities, and areas for improved resource allocation.• Administer user roles, access settings, and core support activities across finance and operations platforms.• Coordinate data flow between accounting, payroll, expense, procurement, and related systems while assisting with future platform enhancements or migrations.• Perform reconciliations across enrollment, billing, and financial records to ensure consistency and dependable reporting.• Monitor data quality, strengthen reporting accuracy, and recommend workflow improvements that increase efficiency across teams.• Support spend management activities, including corporate card oversight and tracking of supplemental revenue sources.
