We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership within our organization. This long-term contract position is based in Seattle, Washington, and offers the opportunity to work closely with executives on critical tasks while contributing to organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, communications, and board-related responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.Responsibilities:• Manage the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, organizing appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.• Provide confidential administrative support, including expense reporting, record maintenance, and drafting communications.• Collaborate with executives to prioritize tasks and manage weekly objectives effectively.• Attend meetings to take detailed notes and ensure follow-up on action items.• Conduct research and analyze data to support national and international partnerships and presentations.• Prepare and monitor the executive office budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Represent executive leadership in correspondence and discussions with stakeholders and partners.• Organize and manage logistics for board meetings, retreats, and committee gatherings, including material distribution.• Draft and maintain board-related documents, such as agendas, onboarding materials, and meeting minutes.• Lead special projects and execute additional duties as assigned with minimal supervision.
