The Executive Assistant will support the leadership team by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities • Effectively manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while resolving any conflicts or overlaps. • Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to address logistical challenges and ensure seamless travel experiences. • Utilize Concur or similar software to book travel and track expenses in a timely and accurate manner. • Draft correspondence, manage communications, and provide administrative support to streamline executive workflows. • Leverage advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create high-quality reports and presentations. • Maintain accurate records, review documents for errors, and ensure all tasks are completed with exceptional attention to detail. • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. • Assist with additional duties as needed to meet team objectives and organizational goals. Skills • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative role. • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and coordinate complex travel arrangements. • Hands-on experience with Concur or similar travel and expense management software. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives.
