We are looking for an experienced Epicor Kinetic SME to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Franklin, Wisconsin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert guidance and support in optimizing Epicor Kinetic ERP systems for a leading manufacturing organization. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and customization of ERP solutions. Responsibilities: • Provide expert-level support and consultation on Epicor Kinetic ERP functionalities and customization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet unique business needs within Epicor Kinetic. • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges to ensure smooth operations. • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to enhance user proficiency. • Work closely with the internal development team to address technical hurdles and improve system performance. • Lead efforts to integrate Epicor Kinetic with other business applications and workflows. • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in all ERP system enhancements. • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency. • Provide ongoing support and updates as necessary to maintain system reliability. • Extensive hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP systems. • Proven expertise in ERP customization and implementation. • Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Proficiency in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions. • Familiarity with integrating ERP systems into broader business processes. • Knowledge of best practices and standards in ERP system optimization.
