Role Overview This role supports pre-commercial biotech clients preparing for initial product launches. Consultants will work under senior engagement leadership to execute foundational commercialization activities for first-in-class therapies. Multiple consultants will be engaged on a contract basis, with potential for longer-term opportunity for top performers. Key Responsibilities • Execute commercialization workstreams including market assessment, launch readiness, forecasting, research support, KOL mapping, and early pricing/access inputs • Conduct structured analyses and synthesize insights into high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences • Support scenario modeling, insights development, and workshop preparation • Collaborate with global delivery teams across time zones and functional areas • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and presentation development while maintaining analytical rigor Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, commercial strategy, market research, or related biotech/pharma roles • Hands-on experience across one or more commercialization workstreams (market assessment, forecasting, launch readiness, research, KOL mapping, pricing/access) • Strong analytical skills and PowerPoint storyboarding capabilities • Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data • Ability to work independently within a structured delivery environment • Experience with global teams preferred • Master’s degree preferred (MS, MBA, MPH, or related field) The salary range for this position is $60 to $70.
