Confidential Entertainment Company Leading provider of multi-venue entertainment ROLE: Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Cypress, CA Reports To: VP of Accounting & Finance Salary/Bonus: $185K$235K Work Arrangement: Hybrid Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Team Size: 3 (Senior Manager + Manager) Software: Dynamics 365, FP&A tools, forecasting/reporting systems, Excel, ERP platforms Industry: Entertainment / Leisure WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN New role created to support growth and strengthen finance leadership with a strategic FP&A executive focused on long-term planning, modeling, and decision support. IDEAL PROFILE (AVATAR) Senior FP&A leader with 8 + years experience , 3+ years leading teams Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and modeling Experience in brick-and-mortar, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or entertainment Deep understanding of unit economics, inventory, headcount, and cash deposits Executive-minded, decisive, proactive, and outward-facing leader Stable career history (no job hopping) Experience in multi-unit, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments - preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans Own financial models, scenario analysis, ROI, and unit economics Build, mentor, and lead the FP&A team with clear accountability Partner cross-functionally to align financial strategy with operations Support capital planning, cash flow strategy, M&A, and investor needs Drive systems implementation, automation, and scalable FP&A processes
