Confidential Entertainment Company – Leading provider of multi-venue entertainment ROLE: Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Cypress, CA Reports To: VP of Accounting & Finance Salary/Bonus: $185K–$235K Work Arrangement: Hybrid Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Team Size: 3 (Senior Manager + Manager) Software: Dynamics 365, FP&A tools, forecasting/reporting systems, Excel, ERP platforms Industry: Entertainment / Leisure WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN New role created to support growth and strengthen finance leadership with a strategic FP&A executive focused on long-term planning, modeling, and decision support. IDEAL PROFILE (AVATAR) • Senior FP&A leader with 8 + years’ experience, 3+ years leading teams • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and modeling • Experience in brick-and-mortar, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or entertainment • Deep understanding of unit economics, inventory, headcount, and cash deposits • Executive-minded, decisive, proactive, and outward-facing leader • Stable career history (no job hopping) • Experience in multi-unit, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments - preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans • Own financial models, scenario analysis, ROI, and unit economics • Build, mentor, and lead the FP&A team with clear accountability • Partner cross-functionally to align financial strategy with operations • Support capital planning, cash flow strategy, M&A, and investor needs • Drive systems implementation, automation, and scalable FP&A processes
