We are looking for an experienced Digital Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital projects within our organization. This role is critical in shaping the technical framework and strategy for enterprise-level solutions while collaborating closely with Agile teams and cross-functional leaders. Responsibilities: • Define and oversee the architecture and design of enterprise-level digital solutions. • Develop detailed models and documentation to support technical solutions. • Guide teams on the selection and use of development tools, platforms, and frameworks. • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure seamless project execution. • Address technical challenges and provide solutions to maintain project alignment. • Ensure system designs adhere to organizational standards and best practices. • Conduct regular reviews to optimize architecture and improve system performance. • Serve as a technical expert and mentor to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance digital strategies. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architectural design. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java. • Strong knowledge of system modeling techniques, including UML. • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with designing architecture for large-scale digital projects.
