We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Troy, Michigan, and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in digital marketing tools, campaign management, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and bring a resourceful and entrepreneurial approach to their work. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business growth. • Manage and monitor HubSpot sequences, ensuring optimal performance and effective tracking. • Conduct tailored searches using tools like ZoomInfo to identify potential leads and market opportunities. • Oversee social media management efforts, including content creation and engagement strategies. • Update and maintain company websites to ensure accurate and appealing online presence. • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. • Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Canva to create compelling presentations and marketing materials. • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. • Occasionally travel to support marketing and sales initiatives. • Continuously analyze campaign data using Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords to optimize campaigns. • Strong expertise in managing email marketing campaigns and lead tracking systems. • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo. • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness. • Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. • Tech-savvy with the ability to update websites and design marketing assets using tools like Canva. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
