We are looking for a skilled Deposit Operations Assistant to join our team in Milton, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position ideal for professionals with experience in banking and customer service. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build on prior teller or member service experience while expanding expertise in deposit operations. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deposit accounts. • Support back-office operations by ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational workflows. • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all deposit-related transactions. • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation. • Monitor accounts to identify discrepancies and take corrective action as needed. • Provide guidance and support to customers regarding banking products and services. • At least 1 years of experience in banking or a related field, with a focus on customer service and administrative tasks. • Proficiency in back-office support and familiarity with banking procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
