Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive professionals with expertise in public accounting and a passion for delivering high-quality financial services.Qualified applicants can apply by sending your resume to Joe Ciavardini via LinkedIn or email me at joe.ciavardini@roberthalfResponsibilities:• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review.• Develop and manage budgets and cash flow projections to ensure financial stability.• Coordinate tax documentation and filings while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.• Strengthen internal controls and optimize accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including tracking updates and implementing best practices.• Collaborate with the team to provide financial planning, tax coordination, and accounting services to high-net-worth clients.• Contribute to system improvements and process enhancements to support the firm’s growth.• Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory risks and compliance practice
