We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a contract opportunity with a path to a permanent role supporting supply chain and finance initiatives in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This position offers broad exposure to operational workflows, client connectivity efforts, enterprise applications, and innovative AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to clarify needs, improve processes, and help drive successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:• Partner with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support initiatives related to client setup, application rollouts, systems integration, and workflow enhancement.• Elicit, organize, and document business and functional needs so stakeholders and technical teams share a clear understanding of project goals.• Act as a central point of coordination among internal users, operations staff, external clients, vendors, and technology teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.• Convert operational challenges and business objectives into practical, well-defined requirements that guide solution planning and execution.• Facilitate user acceptance testing activities by preparing test scenarios, tracking outcomes, and investigating issues when results do not match expectations.• Oversee several assignments at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through.• Analyze both day-to-day process details and larger business objectives, asking thoughtful questions to uncover gaps, risks, or incorrect assumptions.• Contribute to projects involving supply chain operations, finance-related processes, and emerging AI applications where business value can be improved.
