We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and help ensure smooth communication across a home health environment in Nashville, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, handling incoming calls with professionalism, and providing dependable administrative support to staff, patients, and caregivers. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office workflows organized and efficient. • Answer inbound calls promptly, address routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members. • Coordinate calendars for staff and leadership, including arranging meetings, appointments, and schedule updates. • Support scheduling activities by confirming visits, tracking changes, and helping maintain accurate appointment information. • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation and records in accordance with department procedures. • Assist home health teams with clerical tasks that improve communication and continuity of service. • Monitor administrative requests and follow up on open items to help ensure timely completion. • Provide general office support such as data entry, correspondence preparation, and filing as needed. • Experience providing administrative support in an office or healthcare setting. • Background in health or a related care environment is preferred. • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with courtesy and accuracy. • Proven skill in calendar coordination, scheduling, and managing shifting priorities. • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through. • Comfortable using standard office software and maintaining accurate electronic records. • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
