We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a manufacturing-focused environment in Greensboro, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels in organization, handles high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy, and communicates professionally with internal teams and external contacts. The role requires strong coordination skills, careful data handling, and the ability to keep schedules and office activities running efficiently. Responsibilities: • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and production-related scheduling needs to help maintain smooth daily operations. • Enter, update, and verify large volumes of information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy. • Manage front-desk and receptionist activities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. • Answer incoming calls professionally, provide information when appropriate, and route messages promptly. • Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents, reports, and general office files. • Support office workflow by tracking priorities, following up on pending items, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. • Work closely with team members in a manufacturing setting to ensure schedules, records, and communications remain current and organized. • Prior experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or receptionist role. • Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage high-volume work accurately. • Experience handling inbound calls and communicating professionally with a range of contacts. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment. • Proficiency with general administrative office tasks, including scheduling and document management. • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fast-paced operational setting.
