Operational Accounting Manager Livonia, MI | Hybrid (3 days in office) $95K–$110K + 10% bonus (up to $120K) High-growth retail organization seeking an Operational Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations for 200+ company-owned locations. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Accounting and focuses on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Lead operational accounting and support multi-site financial activity Drive process improvements and streamline workflows Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve accuracy Utilize ERP systems (MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel Bachelor's in Accounting + 4+ years experience Public accounting background preferred Strong communicator with process improvement mindset Collaborative culture, flexible environment, and a team that values accountability and work-life balance.
