1-2 years of administrative or virtual support experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office Suite, and ability to multitask in a remote setting.
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Assistant Trainer to support our Training Academy within the Personal Injury Division. This role plays a vital part in helping our lead trainers deliver a smooth, structured, and engaging virtual learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, communication, and technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. Your role is to support the lead trainer with all administrative and classroom management tasks. Responsibilities Training Session Support • Monitor training chat to track “BRB/return” times, engagement, and trainee questions, ensuring the trainer stays informed in real time. • Track and verify daily camera activity for all trainees and document compliance. • Observe and report participation, professionalism, and overall engagement during sessions. • Create and manage breakout rooms, monitor activities, and record sessions as needed. • Support trainers with technical setup and platform management (Teams, Outlook, ActivTrak, etc.). Administrative & Productivity Tracking • Track daily attendance before class, after breaks, and after lunch. • Maintain organized records of participation, productivity flags, and important trainee notes. • Use ActivTrak to assist trainers in monitoring productivity and identifying red flags. • Prepare links, training materials, and administrative updates before each session. • Notify trainers promptly of trainee questions, technical issues, or performance concerns. Team Collaboration • Communicate effectively with trainers and leadership. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth training operations. • Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive virtual training environment. Qualifications • 1–2 years of administrative, virtual support, customer service, call center, or trainingsupport experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional organization and attention to detail. • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, remote training environment. • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic issues. • Proficient in: o Microsoft Teams o Microsoft Outlook o Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
