Summary As a Dispatcher at Roadway Towing & Transportation, you will be pivotal in coordinating towing operations and ensuring timely service delivery. This role is essential to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining operational efficiency. Requirements:  • Minimum 1 year experience as a towing or roadside service dispatcher • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer eta. • Familiarity with relevant local laws and regulations governing impounded vehicles (training will be provided if needed • Proficiency in both Spanish and English (Required). • Experience using two-way radio equipment • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Geographical knowledge of Miami Dade and Broward County • Knowledge of the towing industry or 911 dispatching experience • Ability to assist customers with their needs • Previous related experience is advantageous. • Must successfully pass a background check, as well as pre-employment and random drug screenings. • 911 dispatch experience is preferred but not required.
