Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will assist in ensuring seamless daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff. Responsibilities • Assist with office management duties such as accepting delivered packages daily, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office environment is organized and welcoming. • Help manage operations to ensure seamless transistions for events week to week • Assist in booking hotel rooms and travel for employees • Help coordinate calendar management, and organize meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. • Provide clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and managing confidential information with discretion. • Offer customer service support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally both in person and via phone or email. Qualifications • Experience in office administration or clerical roles a plus • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette. • This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise while making a meaningful impact every day.
