Responsibilities Manage scheduling and appointments for the management team. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments. Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring that everything is well-stocked. Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
