About the Company: RMX is an industry leading 32-year-old family-owned company headquartered in Punjab, that is in the business of manufacturing rubber hoses and metal auto-retractable hose reels. We are the largest manufacturing exporter of general-purpose hoses and reels from India, selling in over 22 countries from Americas region, APAC region and multiple countries in the EMEA region. We are set to be a $100 Million company by 2026. The company has been growing multi-folds and expanding its footprint across various countries. The team has been growing too with well professionals coming from diverse backgrounds (HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and top institutions (like IIM, XLRI). Job Location: 30277, Sharpsburg, Georgia, United States Brief Summary: We are seeking a strategic and energetic data driven D2C growth Lead to scale BluBird Industries E-commerce presence through Shopify storefront. This role will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, conversion and retention across paid media, email/SMS and site optimization . You’ll execute performance marketing strategies and work cross functionally to boost visibility, generate demand, and drive market penetration across the U.S. About the Roles and Responsibilities: ● Own the e-commerce P&L: Achieve revenue and profit targets , allocate and manage budgets across profit channels. ● Customer Acquisition: Lead performance marketing campaign across google (Search, PMax, Shopping) and Meta; manage product feed and ad optimization. ● Conversion rate optimization(CRO): Optimize PDPs (Product Detail Pages), site structure, bundles, site speed; rum A/B test and ship weekly improvements. ● Retention Marketing: Build and optimize Klaviyo email flows and SMS campaigns to increase LTV and repeat purchase. ● Analytic and reporting: Maintain clean data in GTA(google tag manager) and G4A(google analytic 4), track performance with UTM’s and dashboards(revenue, AOV, CAC,CVR,margin) ● Site Merchandising: Develop product bundles and value offers to boost AOV and LTV. ● Cross functional collaboration: Coordinate with 3PL, ops and amazon team to improve fulfillment, returns and avoid channel conflict. Candidate Profile: ● 4 to 8+ years of D2C growth experience ideally with Shopify and physical products (hard goods, tools, auto, industrial etc.) ● Hand on expertise with Google ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo and A/B testing tools. ● Deep understanding of unit economic (pricing,COGS,fulfillment,CAC,margins) ● Strong merchandising and copy instincts for DIY/ prosumer audiences. ● Action-oriented mindset with the ability to plan, execute and iterate independently. ● Add ons - 1. Experience with amazon seller central and multichannel strategy. 2. Experience with attribution platforms like triple whale, or North-beam. 3. Basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with Hotjar,VWO or convert. Compensation & Benefits: ● Competitive base salary with profit link performance and revenue bonus and standard benefits.
