Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) – Financial & Insurance Office Location: Old Bridge, NJ (In-Person) Pay: $22–$25 per hour to start Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy financial and insurance office. This role is administrative only and focuses on data entry, client paperwork, and internal office support. You do not need prior insurance or financial experience — we will train the right candidate. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential. What You’ll Do • Enter and manage client information accurately in CRM systems • Assist with preparing and processing financial and insurance applications • Upload documents and navigate carrier and custodian websites (training provided) • Handle basic client communications (email and phone support) • Maintain organized digital records and protect confidential information • Support general office administration and workflow What We’re Looking For • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required) • Comfortable learning and working within CRM systems • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently • Prior administrative experience preferred (insurance/finance a plus, but not required) What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay ($22–$25 to start) • Consistent part-time hours with flexibility • Training on financial and insurance systems • Supportive, professional office environment • Opportunity for long-term growth with the firm Important Note This position is not sales and not marketing.
