Full Description

• Construction Senior Project Manager - 5 years minimum experience • Construction Project Manager - 2-year minimum experience • Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Construction Management skills • Budgeting and Project Management skills • Prepare detailed estimates/proposals and/or budgets based on project bid drawings and scopes of work • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus • On-Screen Takeoff/Quickbid Proficiency (required) • Commercial Drywall scope knowledge - metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, DFH, selective demolition, etc… • Experience in the DMV Market (2 years minimum) • Read, analyze and interpret project drawings and specifications • Highly Motivated and teachable attitude; A strong desire to learn and grow • A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. • Excellent communication skills • Microsoft Office knowledge • Able to multitask, prioritize work and work well under pressure • Build and maintain client relationships • Maintain project schedules and budgets • Prepare change orders and invoices • Oversee project foremen, daily communication to maintain a smooth project development • Order project material • Fluent in English.
