External Executive HR Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire Consultant) Location: Remote (United States) Company: RLD Sustain Job Type: Contract → Contract-to-Hire (W-2) Position Summary RLD Sustain will be executing a rapid, confidential hiring sprint for senior leadership roles across our vertically integrated business ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced External Executive HR Recruiter to serve as a hands-on Contract-to-Hire Consultant. You will be responsible for building and executing an executive recruiting engine that will deliver a first-wave slate of senior hires on a tight timeline. Upon successful completion and following our first Liquidity Event, this role will convert into a full-time W-2 position. This mandate is outcome-based. This is not an HR handbook-writing role. This is a high-stakes executive recruiting leadership engagement. Strict Confidentiality Requirement A mutual nondisclosure agreement will be executed before any exchange of proprietary information. Specific site names, addresses, strategic locations, and proprietary operational plans are confidential and will not be disclosed in external communications without written approval. You will communicate with discipline and will protect sensitive information at all times. Contract Deliverables (Outcome-Based) During the engagement you will deliver measurable recruiting outcomes, including: • A complete executive recruiting plan and timeline aligned to leadership priorities • A secure applicant tracking workflow or equivalent recruiting tracker (permission-controlled) • Structured pipelines per target leadership role (shortlist and bench) • Candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination under confidentiality discipline • Interview evaluation summaries and decision tracking • Reference checks and start-readiness verification • Compensation alignment and written term confirmation • Fully executed conditional offer letters for a first-wave slate of senior roles, ready to start when we officially launch • A concise lender-ready evidence pack (pipeline dashboard, signed offers, executive bios, readiness notes) The full list of target roles will be provided under NDA. Candidate Profile (Must Have) • 10+ years in executive recruiting or senior talent acquisition leadership • Proven ability to source and close senior leaders quickly and confidentially • Experience recruiting across executive roles, construction leadership, manufacturing leadership, and corporate functions • Strong judgment, urgency, and execution discipline • Clear written and verbal communication with strict confidentiality posture • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required • Ability to operate under deferred success compensation until the first Liquidity Event Financial Terms (Re-Stated for Clarity) This role will begin as a fixed-fee independent contractor engagement. • Contract Fixed Fee: $500,000.00 • Payment Timing: Payable after our first Liquidity Event, per contract terms. Upon successful completion and conversion to a full-time W-2 position: • Annual Base Salary: $225,000.00 • Benefits: Generous company benefits will be provided as part of the full-time package.
