RL Siteworx Job Posting – Director, Project Management Position Description RL Siteworx is seeking an experienced, results oriented, and process focused, Director of Project Management to inspire and hold RL’s Project Management staff accountable to RL’s standard of excellence. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be a member of RL’s Leadership Team. The duties of this role require an intimate knowledge of project management processes; a fundamental understanding of earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete work; a personality that enjoys details; and an analytical outlook on cost tracking, data collection and analysis, and growth. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: weekly/quarterly/annual meetings, company and department L+M=A, active guidance and input regarding the department, etc. • Accountable for all communications, actions, documents, metrics, KPIs, SOPs, etc. within the Project Management department. • Accountable for maintaining intimate knowledge, complete understanding, and accurate documentation for everything within the Project Management department. • Accountable for the continuous improvement of all departmental systems, SOPs, softwares, efforts, etc. and the documentation thereof. • Responsible for the leadership, management, and morale of all team members in the Project Management department. • Responsible to lead by example through a super-human level of effort. • Responsible for data collection and metric reporting regarding all concepts related to the project management department. • Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, hiring, and managing all project management department roles. • Accountable for the financial success of all projects. • Responsible for the knowledge and enforcement of all company standards and SOPs. • Responsible to live out RL’s Core Values in both professional and personal settings. • Responsible for making accurate decisions in RL’s best interests under immense pressure and stress. • Responsible for consistent contact with RL’s customers to maintain open lines of communication, beneficial relationships, and encourage customer retention. Education Requirements • Undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar field of study • Postgraduate work in construction would be preferred Work Experience Requirements • Not less than 15 years of experience in the project management sector of the construction industry. • Not less than 5 years of experience in a director or executive level position within a construction company. • References should be provided.
