Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) for their Phoenix, AZ. What You’ll Do • Partner closely with the Management team to ensure production lines run efficiently and consistently meet—or exceed—daily output goals. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators. Address team concerns proactively through clear communication, support, training, and empathy. • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow safe work practices. • Elevate product quality by implementing best practices, supporting process improvements, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. • Participate in and lead production meetings to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and communicate line performance. • Build and manage effective workforce schedules to minimize downtime, prevent burnout, and maintain steady production flow. What You Bring • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment similar to our client’s operations. • 1+ year of experience supervising production teams. • Ability to commit to the assigned shift and remain reachable by phone for urgent production needs.
