SENIOR WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPER We’re hiring a Senior Web Application Developer to join the Engineering Solutions Unit in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 2-year contract position, full-time onsite. You’ll maintain and enhance custom .NET applications, develop new web solutions, and support integrations across engineering platforms in both on-premises and cloud environments. Note: At this time we are unable to consider third-party candidates or those requiring sponsorship. US citizenship is required. What You’ll Do • Maintain and improve existing .NET applications. • Design, build, and deploy new custom web apps. • Ensure applications meet cybersecurity requirements. • Develop integrations with SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, and GIS systems. • Lead and mentor team members on coding best practices. • Support Engineering reports (SSRS) and provide user support when needed. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years’ experience with ASP.Net Web Forms/MVC, C#, and front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery). • 2+ years’ experience with React.js, Node.js, SQL Server, and secure REST APIs. • Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, Git, and CI/CD. • Experience with SSRS reporting. • Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
