Head of Telehealth & RPM Operations Job Title: Head of Telehealth & RPM Operations Location: On-site – Coral Springs, FL Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 base + performance-based bonus Reports To: VP of Strategy About the Role We are looking for a high-performing operational leader to run and scale the non-clinical operations of our Telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. This is a pure operations role focused on systems, workflows, performance, and scalability. This role does not oversee clinical support staff. Instead, this person will architect the operational engine that powers our virtual care programs improving efficiency, optimizing workflows, supporting provider operations, and ensuring the organization scales smoothly without bloated staffing. We are open to candidates from Telehealth operations or large multi-provider medical practices. The key requirement is operational intelligence, execution ability, and experience running a high-volume clinical operation. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Workflow Optimization • Lead daily non-clinical operations for telehealth and RPM. • Improve existing workflows, build new ones where needed, and ensure operational consistency. • Implement efficient scheduling, documentation, and patient-flow processes. • Create SOPs, system maps, standards, and performance expectations across operations. • Drive improvements that enhance throughput, reduce friction, and support scale. Provider Operations • Oversee operational scheduling, provider availability, coverage planning, and daily readiness. • Manage relationships with external telehealth staffing partners. • Support onboarding readiness for physicians transitioning under our PC entity. • Ensure providers are set up operationally across systems and workflows. Coordination With Billing & Credentialing • Provide operational oversight and alignment for billing readiness and provider setup. • Work closely with a Credentialing & Billing Specialist (in-house hire) and/or outsourced billing partners. • Ensure operational processes support clean, timely claims. • Align operational timelines with provider credentialing and payer enrollment efforts handled by specialists. Lean Team Leadership • Build and manage a lean operational leadership layer, including: – Credentialing & Billing Specialist • Partner with the separate Clinical Support Manager to coordinate aligned but distinct workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with call center leadership on scheduling handoffs, live-transfer workflows, and onboarding consistency. • Work with product/engineering teams to optimize EMR/RPM workflow and automation. • Participate in strategy discussions around growth, capacity, and operational planning. Data, Reporting & KPIs • Build dashboards that track operational performance, scheduling efficiency, provider utilization, and workflow throughput. • Use data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements proactively. • Report on operational performance directly to the CEO. Qualifications Required • 5+ years of operations leadership in telehealth, clinical operations, or multi-provider medical practice management. • Proven experience running and scaling high-volume operations. • Strong process design, workflow optimization, and systems-building skills. • Understanding of provider operations, scheduling, and documentation flow. • Experience leading non-clinical operational teams. • Ability to work full-time on-site in Coral Springs. • High operational IQ, strong execution instincts, and a builder mindset. Preferred • Experience with RPM, care management, or telehealth workflows. • Familiarity with credentialing, provider onboarding, and revenue cycle dependencies. • Experience working with call centers or patient onboarding teams. • EMR/RPM platform experience (Rimidi a plus). • Experience in high-growth healthcare environments.
