Riviera Aesthetic, a decades long leader in non-surgical hair replacement is expanding into our downstairs space opening an ambitious medical spa practice on Long Island. We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our growing studio. We help clients feel like the best version of themselves, and the experience begins the moment they walk through our door — which is where you come in. About the Role We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a client-focused environment. This role includes client interaction, appointment coordination, light administrative tasks, and supporting our practitioners to ensure the day runs smoothly. Responsibilities • Greet clients warmly and create a positive, welcoming environment • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage appointment scheduling • Check clients in/out and handle payments • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area • Assist with confirming appointments and managing the daily schedule • Support practitioners with administrative tasks as needed • Handle light inventory tasks (logging deliveries, organizing supplies, etc.) • Protect client privacy and maintain a discreet, professional atmosphere Qualifications • Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred (salon, spa, medical, or hospitality experience a plus) • Excellent communication and customer-service skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Comfortable using booking/scheduling software (we will train) • Professional appearance and demeanor • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism • Interest in beauty, aesthetics, cosmetic products, hair loss, etc. a big plus. • Availability on Saturdays a plus Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
