About this Position: The Healthcare Payer Contract Analyst at Rivet is a vital role focused on maintaining customer accounts' accuracy and completeness, specifically with payer contracts and fee schedules. This position supports our Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers, playing a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts. Perform data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules in Rivet's software. Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms. Quickly complete task lists and provide timely updates on progress. Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work to ensure account readiness. Communicate with customers about the details of their payer contracts. Preferred Skills: Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong attention to detail Honesty, curiosity, coachability, and work ethic Comfort and ability to research complicated healthcare questions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable with frequent customer interaction over email.
