About the Role We're looking for a Sr. Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is perfect for someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving. You'll be the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership, ensuring properties operate efficiently, tenants feel supported, and ownership goals are met. What You'll Do • Lead day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties. • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships with a focus on best-in-class customer service. • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the portfolio. • Work closely with Property Accountants to ensure property level transactions are accurate and variances to budget are fully explained as necessary. • Oversee building operations, maintenance, and vendor contracts. • Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety standards, and company policies. • Lead a team while fostering growth and encouraging the success of team members. • Partner with ownership to implement value-add strategies and capital improvement projects. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience as a commercial property manager. • 9+ years of experience in the commercial property management industry. • CPM designation preferred. • Strong knowledge of property operations, financials, and tenant relations. • Proven track record of managing budgets and meeting ownership objectives. • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI or similar) • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills; act as a team mentor and role model.
