Clinical Coordinator - SOAP Program, Lynnfield Outpatient Program • Internal Candidates Only* Riverside seeks a Clinical Coordinator for our new SOAP program opening in our Lynnfield Outpatient location! Our Structured Outpatient Addictions Program embedded within our Lynnfield outpatient setting offers services to adults of all ages looking for intensive structured group programming as part of their treatment for substance use disorder. This program is completely virtual and offers compassionate, person-centered, recovery support. As the clinical coordinator you will be involved in day to day operations, clinical treatment, and be part of the launch of a new program for those we serve! The Clinical Coordinator oversees program operations, clinical intakes, and provides group treatment. The clinical coordinator is responsible for working with program clinician and recovery coach to ensure treatment delivery meets the goals of the program. As a member of the Lynnfield outpatient team, the clinical coordinator is also involved in other service delivery within the outpatient center including, ongoing individual counseling, assessments, and group therapy within our impaired drivers program. The clinical coordinator is a leadership role within the outpatient center, and in consultation with the Assistant Program Director & Program Director, provides support in the daily operation of the program, ensuring access and quality of care, appropriate staffing and staff support, and effective participation in the wider service system. Required Skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle required for limited local travel Required Experience • Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling or PH.D, Ed.D. or PsyD required. • Must be independently licensed for the discipline, specific to the clinician’s training and expertise. (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Ph.D, Psy.D) • Minimum of one year supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting required • At least five years of clinical experience at the master’s level required • Must have experience with adult substance use treatment, and knowledge of ASAM levels of care preferred • Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc. Riverside Community Care is dedicated to respect, integrity and engagement of all individuals.
