Role Overview: As a Senior Field Application Engineer in Digital Design, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Riverlane's cutting-edge digital design technologies and our clients' needs. You will provide expert technical support, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and drive the successful implementation of digital design solutions across various industries. What You'll Do: - You will provide technical expertise and support to customers during the integration and deployment of digital design products. - You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients on digital design technologies. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to digital design implementations. - You will gather and communicate customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions. - You will contribute to the creation of technical documentation and best practice guides. What You Bring: - You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design engineering or a related field. - You possess strong knowledge of digital design tools, methodologies, and FPGA/ASIC technologies. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. - You are willing to travel as needed to support customer engagements. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with quantum computing technologies or software is highly desirable. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL for automation purposes. - Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role within the semiconductor or technology industry. - Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
