Position Title: Sr. IT Engineer/Architect - Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, CPQ) Location: Remote/Hybrid - West Coast/California preferable with Office Hub in Redwood Shore, CA; Open to remote for the right candidate. Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 An individual's particular compensation will be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion, in light of the individual's geographical location, education, training, and/or experience. In this role, the individual will be responsible for re-defining Riverbed’s quote-to-cash processes which includes simplification of existing workflows and implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service and CPQ What You Will Do • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes. • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Sales, Service and CPQ capabilities, pricing models, discounting rules, approvals, and order management processes. • Develop functional requirement specifications working cross-functionally to develop automation and integration solutions in Salesforce. • Analyze the business requirements to identify configurational solutions utilizing the platform’s OOTB features. • Lead business discussions with respect to design, requirements gathering and develop user stories. • Provide production support for Salesforce Sales, Service and CPQ, troubleshooting issues related to quoting, approvals, renewals, and contract amendments. What Makes You An Ideal Candidate • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst, with hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform using Workflow, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services/SOA, and related components. • Must be proficient in Salesforce CPQ Implementation, and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its integration with CPQ. • Experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards. • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce communities. • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum delivery methodology, and building complex, scalable, and high-performance solution in Salesforce platform. • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
