Job Title: Warehouse First Shift Office Clerk Reporting to: First Shift Supervisor or Manager Supervised By: 1st Shift Warehouse Leads, First Shift Supervisor, Warehouse Manager Position Overview The Warehouse First Shift Office Clerk is responsible for scheduling all inbound and backhaul appointments, ensuring smooth operations during the first shift. Schedule: Monday – Friday from 5:00am – 1:45pm Pay range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Key Responsibilities * Arrive on-time for the start of the scheduled shift. * Communicate with Vendors and Carriers via phone or email to make inbound delivery appointments. * Record all inbound appointments or changes in the scheduling system. * Communicate any schedule changes or delays to warehouse and purchasing teams. * Organize and finalize BOL paperwork after receiving and return to drivers. * Process payments for lumping services via Relay, ComCheck or other payment methods. * Perform monthly supply inventory. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. * Check in incoming small parcel packages and distribute to the appropriate recipients. * Load outbound trailers and complete load diagrams as needed. * Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor, including selecting, cleaning, shipping and sort/segregation of incoming product.
