What we are looking for: Lead Framer Qualifications • Able to read and execute blueprints accurately. • Has the skill and foresight to understand the build sequence and guide the team through it efficiently. • Capable of leading a crew while maintaining a high standard of quality. • Supports, motivates, and helps each crew member grow and improve.
