About Ritual Foundation: Ritual is pioneering the future of onchain applications, building the most expressive, capable, onchain environment in existence. Ritual provides next-generation primitives for developers to integrate AI directly into decentralized applications, facilitate secure and verifiable computation for onchain applications and AI models, and access generalized sources of compute depending on their specific needs. Ritual Foundation is dedicated to the growth of the Ritual ecosystem through a wide array of initiatives focusing on educating, engaging, and supporting developers. We believe Ritual will unlock a new paradigm for intelligent, decentralized applications, creating a design space for net-new use cases and paving the way for the next generation of users. The Opportunity: Ritual's success hinges on its adoption by a vibrant ecosystem of application and protocol developers. We've built the engine, now we need someone to show the world how to drive it. We are seeking a highly technical, articulate, and community-focused Developer Relations Lead who can effectively build relationships with new and existing developer communities; maintain technical documentation and support ecosystem onboarding; and provide documentation, resources, and support to validators. You will also be the primary technical evangelist and point of contact for the community building the next wave of AI-powered decentralized applications, surfacing feedback to the Ritual core team and communicating protocol upgrades and technical roadmaps back to the community. Core Responsibilities: Technical Content Creation & Strategy: Translate the intricate technical details of the Ritual protocol into clear, concise, and engaging developer-facing documentation, tutorials, app prototypes, blog posts, and workshops. Developer Onboarding & Support: Create and manage a seamless onboarding experience for ecosystem developers and teams, providing direct technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and developer documentation. Community Engagement & Advocacy: Actively engage with the Ritual community online and in person to foster a supportive environment, gather feedback, and act as an advocate and liaison between the community and the Ritual dev team. Partner with our Community Lead to drive localization efforts and build bridges to overseas developer communities. Feedback Loop & Product Improvement: Establish and maintain robust feedback mechanisms to collect insights, pain points, and feature requests from the developer community, relaying them effectively to the core R&D and product teams. Create a system to inform validators and the broader community of new deployments, runtime upgrades, and other time-sensitive information. Ecosystem Tooling & Integrations: Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize essential developer tools, libraries, SDKs, and integrations that enhance the developer experience and accelerate application development on Ritual. Skills & Experience: Previous Web3 Developer Relations experience Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and AI tooling (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace) Demonstrable experience building in Web3 (testnets, smart contracts, devtools, etc.) Public presence or interest in building one: Twitter, GitHub, YouTube, podcasts, etc. Comfortable hosting events, speaking at conferences, and building deep relationships with a diverse and growing international community Excellent communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex information in accessible, digestible formats Bonus: you’ve been a founder, early-stage builder, or core contributor at a Web3/AI project Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive compensation package, including annual discretionary bonus & optimized tax structure compared to the vast majority of web3 startups 100% of premiums covered on highest quality healthcare Aggressive company 401k match Fully Remote, work from anywhere
