Full Description

Description: • Drive growth within the Energy & Power sector—including EVCI, BESS, renewables, and power grid markets. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Energy & Power markets. • Strengthen Rittal’s market position and expand our footprint across key verticals. • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to shape messaging and promotional strategies. • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners. • Represent Rittal at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. • Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. • Work closely with Eplan to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer value. • Develop use cases and application samples to support sales efforts. • Serve as a liaison between the U.S. and German HQ to align global strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in the manufacturing or energy sectors. • Strong understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem and energy market dynamics. • Proficiency in SAP (APO PP/DS preferred), Salesforce, MS Office, and PDM/PLM systems. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and agile approach to change.
