Overview As the Pricing & Packaging Manager, you are the single point of ownership for all pricing and packaging initiatives across Rithum’s product portfolio. You operationalize, implement, and continuously optimize pricing and packaging strategies to maximize market performance and profitability. You are critical to sustaining the client value of our pricing and packaging, ensuring long-term alignment and success for new and existing offerings. Responsibilities Establish Pricing & Packaging Program: Design and institutionalize a comprehensive pricing and packaging practice, including governance, processes, and tools that enable repeatable, scalable execution. Drive adoption across teams and embed pricing discipline into the organization’s operating model. Operationalize and Own Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Implement and evolve pricing and packaging frameworks post-consulting engagement, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing optimization. Serve as the single point of accountability by being the central owner for all pricing and packaging efforts, spanning strategic evaluation, operational execution, and continuous improvement. Pricing Impact Modeling: Develop, maintain, and refine pricing impact models to analyze market performance and recommend adjustments that maximize revenue. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Rev Ops, Legal, and other teams to ensure pricing and packaging strategies are aligned, compliant, and ready for market. Go-to-Market Governance: Govern go-to-market processes related to commercialization to ensure every launch meets pricing, packaging, and value criteria. Feedback & Optimization: Establish feedback loops to inform future pricing and packaging adjustments, embedding best practices into ongoing commercialization activities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, revenue management, or related field. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and revenue optimization. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience operationalizing consulting deliverables and driving sustained business impact. Project management skills with a track record of owning initiatives from strategy through execution. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or related field; or equivalent experience. Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or B2B SaaS environments. Familiarity with legal, compliance, and contract considerations in pricing and packaging. Experience working with external consultants and translating strategic recommendations into operational plans. Knowledge of go-to-market processes and commercialization best practices.
