Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Daytime Team Lead to inspire and guide our retail team during peak hours. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. Duties • Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task completion • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment • Oversee inventory management, including stocking, merchandising, pricing, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities • Manage cashiering functions such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and reconciliation procedures • Make Ice Daily • Maintain organizational standards through effective bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks Qualifications • Proven experience in retail sales or store management with supervising or assistant manager responsibilities • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers • Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques • Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures • Knowledge of employee orientation, training & development practices, and customer service excellence • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with superb time management and organizational skills • Previous experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous Join us as a Daytime Team Lead where your leadership fuels success!
