Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement Pacific Northwest | Preferred base: Tualatin, OR ~50% regional travel Overview: We are seeking a Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead lean transformation initiatives across key manufacturing and distribution sites in the Pacific Northwest. This role will primarily support Tualatin, OR and Mukilteo, WA, with additional engagement across Oregon locations as needed. This is a newly created, high-impact role offering the opportunity to build and scale continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-site manufacturing network, with strong visibility to regional leadership. What You’ll Do • Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites • Partner with plant and operations leaders to identify and execute improvement opportunities • Train and coach teams on lean tools and methodologies • Lead Kaizen events and CI workshops • Apply tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Six Sigma • Standardize processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost • Analyze KPIs and operational data to measure impact and ROI • Present progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership What We’re Looking For • Strong xperience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence • Proven success driving measurable improvements in manufacturing or distribution environments • Strong working knowledge of lean tools and methodologies • Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and Kaizen events • Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) • Packaging, corrugated, or similar manufacturing experience preferred
