Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or sales operations, with a proven track record in negotiating complex contracts. Strong financial and commercial acumen, along with advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Excel/Google Sheets, are essential.

The Opportunity The Senior Renewal Specialist is responsible for leading high-complexity and strategic renewals across Riskonnect’s global customer base. This role involves negotiating with procurement teams, structuring multi-year and multi-product renewals, and ensuring predictable retention outcomes. The Senior Renewal Specialist partners closely with CSMs, Sales, Legal, and Finance, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Include * Lead end-to-end management of complex renewals, including negotiations with procurement and legal teams. * Develop renewal strategies tailored to customer needs and aligned with Riskonnect’s revenue goals. * Provide accurate forecasting and maintain renewal pipeline discipline. * Track contract expiration dates, terms, and renewal milestones to ensure on time renewal closure. * Partner with Sales and CSMs to identify and progress upsell and expansion opportunities. * Identify early indicators of renewal risk and flag for CSM or leadership escalation, as appropriate. * Collaborate with CSMs on appropriate next steps to address potential customer retention situations. * Mentor Renewal Specialists and contribute to training/onboarding of new team members. * Contribute to continuous improvement of renewal processes, tools, and reporting. * Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve renewal-related escalations. Required Qualifications * 5–7 years of SaaS renewals, account management, or sales operations experience. * Proven track record negotiating complex contracts. * Strong financial and commercial acumen. * Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Excel/Google Sheets. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
