The Opportunity The Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of standard and mid-complexity renewals. This role ensures timely execution, accurate forecasting, and a seamless customer experience. The Renewal Specialist partners with CSMs, Sales Ops, and Finance to drive consistent renewal outcomes, while also surfacing opportunities for expansion to Sales. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Include * Manage assigned portfolio of customer renewals through end-to-end cycle. * Prepare, send, and track renewal proposals and agreements. * Track contract expiration dates, terms, and renewal milestones to ensure on time renewal closure. * Maintain accurate renewal pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce. * Collaborate with CSMs to monitor customer health and risks to renewal. Ensure timely execution of contracts with attention to detail and compliance. * Support process improvements and adoption of renewal tools. * Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities and notify Sales teams. Required Qualifications * 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS, sales support, or operations. * Foundational sales and negotiation skills. * Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Excel/Google Sheets. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
