The team balances its deep industry experience, technical and Salesforce acumen, and extensive data integration expertise to lead our customers through projects to drive business value from Riskonnect software. Our customers’ success, Riskonnect’s values, and the career goals of each individual colleague drive the objectives and actions of our organization.       THE OPPORTUNITY   Riskonnect understands Risk Management inside and out.  It is the Professional Services team’s mission to lead our customers through the journey of implementing Riskonnect software and drive their resulting success.  During your time with Riskonnect you will receive expert technical Salesforce and domain training while working alongside industry professionals to implement cutting edge solutions for a global customer base across Riskonnect’s suite of products. This will also involve daily interaction with colleagues located in the UK, USA, and India.     If you have developed technical skills and experience and are looking to apply that knowledge to solve meaningful business problems for customers, this role is for you.  You should also have a passion and demonstrated success working with and providing solutions directly to customers.  Riskonnect leverages the Salesforce infrastructure plus other leading technologies to deliver solutions for our customers. You will participate in varying customer implementation projects to deliver successful outcomes, utilizing Riskonnect’s proven project methodology.     By the end of this program, you will gain valuable experience with how to:  * Leverage Riskonnect’s software platform to provide business solutions for our customers  * Integrate risk management, safety, or healthcare industry background with database design and platform configuration knowledge to develop optimal design solutions for customers and prospects  * Deliver high-quality documentation of customer requirements and design specifications for implementation  * Understand and apply analysis tools/techniques, issue resolution skills, and demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant factors in the industry   * Demonstrate success tied to customer goals and business objectives   * Produce deliverables on primary Saleforce.com platform including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation and unit test plans   * Participate in implementation project calls, design sessions and training sessions   * Promote consistent design and best practice methodologies to solve problems across multiple customer stakeholders   * Industry tools and techniques to integrate data into the Riskonnect platform  * Experience with the direct relationship of the quality of the data to the customer’s ability to gain intended value from the software     WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A FIT?   You are innovative and a pioneer.  You care not only about how you will succeed, but how you will contribute to the success of our customers and your fellow Riskonnect colleagues.  You crave a fast-paced environment where your success is tied to your customers and your teammates.   You possess the following skills and requirements:    * A passion for and previous experience delivering outstanding customer experience    * A desire to continue your learning through obtaining various certifications, sponsored by Riskonnect. Certification paths may include Salesforce, PS Principles, OCEG and ARM.   * Pursuing or completion of a bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field   * Natural curiosity and openness to learning about new and/or different ideas, approaches, and solutions – specifically as it relates to Riskonnect, technology, product, risk management and overall business operations  * Ability to excel at logical, analytical thinking and decision-making  * Strong business English written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and time management skills   * Proven collaboration and relationship building abilities   * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products    WHY BE A PART OF OUR TEAM?  At Riskonnect, innovation starts with our people.
