*Please note: This is a hybrid opportunity, with in-office presence of one to four days/week required in one of our MD or VA office locations* The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to meet client needs. The Account Executive acts as a liaison between the client and the company, comfortable presenting to C Suite, collaborating closely with internal teams and other departments to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction. Your Impact: Client Relationship Management-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide effective solutions. Sales Strategy Development-Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve rounding out portfolio and cross selling targets to drive revenue growth. Business Development-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients, utilizing networking and relationship-building skills. Collaboration-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment in service delivery and client expectations. Performance Monitoring-Track account performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities. Problem Resolution-Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Successful Candidate Will Have: BA / BS preferred. 7-10 years of health & welfare experience Client facing experience in employee benefits industry. Solid understanding of sales principles, carrier products, benefits administration, health care reform, industry trends and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Health, Life and Accident license required. Knowledgeable in different funding arrangements and able to interpret, explain and present findings and make recommendations. Able to analyze claims data, ensure accuracy in reporting and address issues or discrepancies. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is $84,200 - $88,000 annually, plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
