Full Description

The primary role of the Associate Account Manager (AAM) is to complete specific tasks on an assigned book of commercial lines business at the direction of the Client Service team on the book. The AAM will work directly with the Client Service team on a book specific to Florida Homeowner's Associations (HOA's). Your Impact: Issuance of renewal of mid-term Certificates or Auto ID card; policy checking and processing Endorsement and Audit checking and processing Generate requests for invoices on policies, endorsements, or audits; order loss runs Provide support in document preparation, such as Proposals, Renewal Packets, Loss Summary Analysis Update the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications, and policy documentation Perform the first review for Quote checking Successful Candidate Will Have: Hold, or willing to obtain, Insurance licenses as required by the Company Proven organizational skills,; ability to follow process and procedures guidance Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issues; good communication Risk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions.
