What You'll Do: Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack Lead the design and implementation of new features in our core platform Leverage AI to plan, build, test, and ship. Collaborate closely with product, design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver impactful solutions Help shape team goals and plans, then own outcomes to ensure we hit our commitments Proactively identify opportunities and drive improvements in engineering, our product, and our processes Languages: Python and React (prior experience not necessary) Contribute to a fun and empowering team culture What We’re Looking For: 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience Able to scope and deliver projects quickly and independently at high quality Comfort working in ambiguity and driving work forward with a bias toward action and iterative delivery An open mindset, receptive to coaching and feedback Genuine care about the impact of your work A strong belief in the power of teamwork and shared success Experience using AI tools to support full stack development Preferred location within the Pacific time zone Compensation $125K-$195K + equity Rising Team is rooted in the belief that we are ALL one team, good ideas come from everywhere, and inclusion, equity, and belonging are necessary to thrive.
