Student Experience is a cross-functional team within the Student Success Center (SSC) dedicated to enhancing every student interaction after lead generation. The Student Experience team collaborates with key stakeholders to develop omni-channel engagement strategies that blend automation with agent-led support, deliver functional training for all student-facing roles, implement scalable tech enablement solutions, and drive performance and insights through a partner-centric approach. Job Summary The Senior Project Manager – SSC will lead the successful execution of critical initiatives, process improvement, and partner with leaders on change management within the Student Success Center (SSC). This role will serve as a trusted partner to SSC and cross functional leaders to drive transformation. As the SSC continues to evolve its operating model, this role will play a critical part in aligning strategic priorities with execution, managing cross-team collaboration, and ensuring projects are delivered with excellence. The SPM will help establish structure where needed, provide visibility to stakeholders, and remove friction so SSC teams can focus on delivering impact. Key Duties and Responsibilities Project Management Lead the end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teams. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership. Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverables. Support intake, prioritization, and resource planning across a range of initiatives and business needs. Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies for meeting project outcomes and leverage subject matter expertise to make recommendations, escalating where appropriate. Governance & Documentation Support the evolution of the SSC project management office as projects and the team grow. Contribute to and document developing project management processes and operating rhythms across SSC, with recommendations for scalable solutions (anticipating growth). Operate with flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-evolving environment where priorities may shift. Develop and maintain an SSC PM playbook, documenting improvements within the function over time. Reporting Manage documentation, issue resolution, reporting, and communication cadences that support stakeholder trust and transparency. Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Additional Position Responsibilities Perform in accordance with Risepoint policies. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree (with preference in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance or related fields) Minimum of 4 years’ project management experience in complex work environments (projects with multiple stakeholder groups).
