The Impact You Will Make As Senior Director of Learning & Growth, you will set and lead Risepoint’s enterprise learning strategy building the skills and leadership capabilities needed to deliver exceptional outcomes for our university partners and the adult learners they serve. You will align learning to business priorities, accelerate time-to-productivity, and strengthen manager and leader effectiveness across a global, remote workforce. You will partner with People Business Partners and cross-functional leaders to diagnose capability gaps, design high-impact learning experiences, and embed development into the flow of work. In this role you will oversee and refine existing flagship learning experiences, and you will design new upskilling programs focused on AI to meet the rapidly evolving business needs of our organization. You will ensure learning is accessible, inclusive, measurable, and built for adult learners—modeling the same learner-first mindset we bring to our Partners and students What You Will Do Own and evolve the enterprise Learning & Growth strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to Risepoint’s strategic priorities including expanding Risepoint’s AI Upskilling Program to meet the needs of our Business Transformation Lead a high-performing L&D team; define roles, expectations, development plans, and ways of working; Engage as a coach developing team members Scale and refine Leader and Manager development with clear business outcomes. Strengthen onboarding to reduce time-to-impact across critical functions Build a modern learning ecosystem that enables Risepoint employees to learn and grow in their careers (LMS/LXP, curated digital content, targeted cohorts, live workshops, just-in-time performance support) Partner with cross-functional People Leadership - Talent Cultivation, People Business Partners, People Experience - to integrate learning into performance, career growth, succession planning, and culture initiatives. Create systems and structures to lead needs assessments, learning design, facilitation strategies, and evaluation plans using adult learning and instructional design best practices. Establish measurement and analytics for learning effectiveness (adoption, proficiency, behavior change, business impact) and communicate insights to executives. Develop and manage the L&D vendor strategy, and external partnerships (facilitators, content providers, coaches, assessment tools). What Success Looks Like Functional Leaders recognize the Learning & Growth team as a trusted partner that delivers practical, high-quality solutions that drive business impact Managers and leaders have clear expectations and consistent, high-quality development experiences that measurably improve team performance and employee engagement. Executing against an ambitious, business-aligned enterprise learning strategy that is developing a tech-forward workforce and accelerating Risepoint’s business transformation Onboarding is streamlined, scalable, and accelerates time to impact for new hires How Impact Will be Measured in the First Year Launch an enterprise L&D strategy and 12–18 month roadmap with prioritized programs, including phase 2 of the AI Upskilling Program, incorporating clear success metrics Implement a learning measurement framework and dashboard (participation, completion, proficiency, and business outcomes where feasible); Build a sustainable operating rhythm with key stakeholders (quarterly needs reviews, governance, and program retrospectives) Establish a vendor and content strategy that increases organizational adoption and directly impacts business outcomes. Experience That Matters Most 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with enterprise-level scope. 4+ years of people leadership and/or leading L&D teams, including coaching, performance management, and team development Demonstrated success designing and scaling manager/leader development and onboarding programs tied to business outcomes Data-driven approach to program evaluation, measurement, and continuous improvement; comfort translating insights for executive audiences.
