Job Description: • Serve as an operational partner and extension of the VP of Digital Experience • Support definition and documentation of DX functional initiatives, roadmaps, dependencies between projects, and business cases • Develop executive-ready updates to inform progress and risks against initiatives • Operationalize initiatives across DX and partner portfolio • Establish and manage the performance rhythm of the business for DX • Support DX leaders refine forecast assumptions based on trends and key initiatives • Oversee DX performance insights and storytelling • Lead and support cross-channel initiatives ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams • Create executive-ready materials • Support ongoing updates to DX business cases and investment narratives Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field • 5+ years of Program management, Digital marketing, CRO • High level understanding of SEO strategy • Experience leading or coordinating cross functional initiatives or strategic projects Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development
