Please click the link to complete the Culture Index survey and move forward with your application: https://go.cultureindex.com/s/GCbQq1Jche What You’ll Do: • Proactively source off-market and marketed origination opportunities by building relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and deal finders. • Develop and maintain a deep referral network that keeps the pipeline full. • Act as the face of business development, representing Rise48 Income Fund at industry events, conferences, and property tours. • Own the early stages of the acquisition cycle (from initial contact through LOI) with support from internal teams for underwriting and due diligence. • Stay sharp on market trends, competitive landscapes, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy and seize timing advantages. Who You Are: • A sales closer with 5+ years of experience in real estate originations. • A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and maintains long-term rapport with brokers, sellers, and investors. • You know the ins and outs of Sunbelt markets or are ready to master them fast. • Skilled in negotiation, high-level persuasion, and navigating real estate deal structures. • Energized by KPIs, competitive environments, and being out in the field more than behind a desk. • Comfortable traveling as needed for site visits, meetings, and events. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
